Today’s Photo Of The Day is “Cholla Garden” by Jake Pineda. Location: Joshua Tree National Park, California.
“Watching the sunrise in the Cholla Cactus Garden is a pleasing yet painful experience,” explains Pineda. “With Chollas lining up as far as the eye can see, it takes a lot of time and patience to really find your composition. This is something I hadn’t even set up for originally but noticed it as I was heading back to my car. I’m glad I took the time to unpack everything and get the shot before the light completely went away because this is my favorite shot I’ve ever taken at this location.”
