Today’s Photo of the Day is “Oak in the Mist” by Harry Lichtman. Location: Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

“Colorful oak became an extra special subject during this rainy day in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire,” explains Lichtman. “Thick fog mixed with rain transformed these beautiful trees and their saturated colors into a muted study of color and texture. One of those images that you can’t plan on taking, but rather it finds you under the right conditions.”
